The Wall Street Journal wrote a story about chef’s having their own organic gardens to supply their restaurants with great food.  Our own Shannon Murphy was interviewed by the journal regarding organic certificaiton.  Very little was said about the certification process, so anyone who is interested in finding out more about becoming certified organic and the use of an organic consultant, please contact us at or 951-676-4395.
